Jokūbas Vaitkevičius, a first-year student of the Graphic Design programme at the Faculty of Design, was among the world’s best surfers in the waves at the International Surfing Association (ISA) World Surfing Championships, which kicked off on 30 May on the beaches of the Pacific Ocean in Salvador. According to Jakub, he combined his winter studies with trips to Morocco and Portugal, and prepared for the World Championships with physical training.
