On 20 November 2023, the students of the Ekspeditor Vocational Training Programme, together with their teachers, visited Girteka Gruop, the largest Lithuanian transport and logistics company. It is a digital freight transport company that combines traditional freight transport with modern technologies. It employs more than 24 000 people.

During the visit, students and teachers learned about the company’s history and activities, and were able to observe the processes and organisation of work. “Girteka Gruop employees presented the company’s development perspectives, goals and challenges, values and social responsibilities. Issues related to internships and career opportunities for our students were also discussed.
