Vilnius College of Technology and Design, as part of the Nordplus project “Human Resource Management in the Railway Transport Sector”, organised a visit of the project partners (10 teachers and administrators) from the Riga State Technical College to the Lithuanian railway transport sector from 24 to 28 October.

The project participants visited the Vocational Training Department of the VTDK, got acquainted with the activities and resources of the Sectoral Practical Training Centre for the Training of Railway Transport Professionals, discussed the content of the vocational training programmes, the competences to be developed, and the development of the Human Resources Management module and the possibilities of integrating it into the Vocational Training Programme for Train Drivers.
