Advice for readers
We invite College lecturers and students to participate in the consultations organised by the library, either live or remotely via Microsoft Teams:
“How do I log in and search the library’s e-resources?”(only for lecturers)
This consultation is for teachers only. It will include a presentation of all the e-resources subscribed to by the library. After the consultation, participants will be able to access the e-resources remotely, search, use the results, find citation links and other key functions.
“Everything you need to know for a FIRST-time buyer”
The consultation was aimed at first-year students who had not attended the introductory meeting, during which library services and information retrieval options were presented.
“How to register a publication in eLABa”(only for teachers)
The tutorial will demonstrate how to log in and upload your publication to the eLABa system and how to generate reports. During the consultation, with the help of a librarian, you will be able to put things into practice, i.e. upload a publication and/or create a report.
“Zotero bibliographic reference management software”
The consultation will introduce Zotero, a tool that makes it much easier to store bibliographic information, cite sources and compile reference lists. You can bring your own computer to the consultation.
“How and where can I find information for my essay?”
Consultation on research sources for written work. The consultation will present the College’s library and other information resources (databases, virtual library, e-books), searching and accessing them.
