As every spring, the National Lithuanian Library Week, organised by Lithuanian librarians, will take place from 23-29 April. This is the most important celebration of the year for all libraries, presenting the activities and initiatives of these cultural institutions to the community and inviting them to talk about the profession of librarian and its prestige. The week will be packed with events in libraries and will culminate in the now-traditional Mass Librarians’ Walk.
