For the second time, car enthusiasts who want to test the power of their car will gather in the car park of the Vilnius College of Technologies and Design, located in Olandų Street.

Such measurements are not only for special modified car models, according to the college’s automotive transport engineering experts.

The press release reads:

“Measuring power is one way of checking the condition of a car. First the torque is measured and then the power is calculated from the engine speed. And although power measurement does not directly reveal the age of a car, it does indicate potential problems,” said PhD Alfredas Rimkus, Associate Professor at the Department of Automotive Transport Engineering at VTDK.
