Summary: Applied research has been carried out in the form of a unified information structure providing information on construction technology, minimum quality requirements for construction works and methods of measurement in the same way, and minimum requirements for the performance of construction technology and the quality of construction works.
Investigation and modelling of current vertical crustal motions using geodetic measurements (on the example of the territory of Lithuania) Aim: to develop a methodology for the modelling and assessment of current vertical crustal motions.
Summary: Applied research was carried out – a methodology for the modelling and assessment of the current vertical crustal motions of the Earth has been developed based on a mathematical statistical treatment of the geodetic measurements and of the regionally characterised geo-informant
Transport Engineering (03T) Control counts of traffic flows and public transport passengers at the perimeter around the city centre Aim of the study: to present an option for optimising the capacity of passenger transport vehicles by carrying out a control calculation of traffic flows and public transport passengers around the perimeter of the city centre.
Conclusion: under the changed seasonal conditions (summer), carry out an analysis of passenger flows, predicting vehicle capacity at the perimeter around the city centre.
Feasibility study for the establishment and operation of a rail transport centre of excellence at Vilnius College of Construction and Design (VSDK) Objective: to present the concept of the proposed Railway Centre of Excellence to be established at the College, following a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the need for continuing education in the Lithuanian rail transport sector.
Conclusion: following a quantitative and qualitative analysis of learning needs and opportunities for 2009-2013, develop a concept for a Railway Centre of Excellence.
Investigation of the mechanical properties of soils Objective: to investigate the mechanical properties of soils using direct shearing and odometric testing equipment.

Determination of technical parameters of automotive acid batteries Objective: to construct a battery load bench and to analyse the electrochemical processes taking place in the battery.
