Inga Piščikienė and Edita Kačinskienė, lecturers at the Faculty of Civil Engineering, visited the Polytechnic Institute of Braganza (Portuguese Republic) as part of the Erasmus+ programme from 24-28 April 2023.

During her visit to the Bragansos Polytechnic Institute, lecturer Inga Piščikienė gave lectures on academic English and presented Vilnius College of Technology and Design, the study programmes offered there and Erasmus+ opportunities, while lecturer Edita Kačinskienė was interested in the Institute’s infrastructure and economic base. The lecturers met with Nuno Adriano Baptista Ribeiro, Director of the Faculty of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic Institute of Braganza, researchers and lecturers in various fields. They also visited the Institute’s classrooms, extensive laboratories, research and teaching spaces, and student leisure areas, and met with university staff to share best practices in international group studies, discuss innovative study methods and student mobility issues, and discuss research opportunities for students and faculty.
