Social scholarships

Students wishing to receive a social scholarship for the autumn semester 2022 during the supplementary admission period must log in to the Information System for Scholarships and Financial Support for Students (hereinafter referred to as “IS ,,PARAMA”) via the Foundation’s website [http://vsf.lrv.lt/lt/] from 2 December to 11 December 2022 (inclusive), and fill in the prescribed application form electronically (Social Scholarship for the Autumn Semester 2022 SS_to be completed in December).

Only after completing the application form in this way can the student apply for the social grant. Please note that the social grant is awarded for one semester and is payable monthly until the end of that semester, including the session and vacation period of that semester, but no longer than until the end of the studies. A student who completes an application at the time of additional admission will only be awarded a social grant for the remainder of the semester.

Targeted benefits

Please be informed that from 1 December 2022 to 16 December 2022 (inclusive) the application process via the Information System for Scholarships and Financial Assistance to Students (hereinafter referred to as “IS ‘PARAMA'”) for the targeted benefit for the autumn semester 2022 during the additional admission period will start.

To apply for the targeted payment during the main intake, students must log in to IS “PARAMA” via the Foundation’s website [http://vsf.lrv.lt/lt/] and fill in the prescribed application form (Targeted payment, Autumn semester-December 2022) electronically. Only after completing the application form in this way can the student apply for the targeted allowance at the time of admission.

Please note that the targeted allowance is granted to students for one semester of study and is payable each month until the end of that semester, including the session of that semester and the holiday period, but no longer than until the end of the studies.

Please also note that students who are in receipt of social grants or targeted allowances are not required to complete the form again.
